Business Parks
The corporation owns two industrial parks and a business park in three
locations along the Highway 24 corridor. Green
Valley Business Park is located near the southwest corner of our
county. Wamego
Industrial Park is in the City of Wamego. Our newly acquired undeveloped
portion of Sandy
Hook Industrial Park lies on the southeast corner of the City of
St. Marys.
The corporation uses public and private money to develop infrastructure
in these parks so that they may be sold to expanding and new commercial
entities at an affordable price. Property sales revenue is an important
source of support for the corporation.
Lots in the developed portion of Sandy Hook Industrial Park in St.
Marys, which has highway frontage, is for sale from St. Marys State

There is a private
business park with land available in Westmoreland. Contact Farmers
